We're looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. Every day, you'll have the opportunity to empower individuals to achieve their goals, build confidence, and live meaningful lives within their communities.
What You’ll Be Doing (Your Daily Missions)
- Provide personal care, including assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, and other daily living activities.
- Support participants to maintain their independence and achieve their individual goals.
- Assist with community participation, appointments, shopping, and recreational activities.
- Follow individual support plans while promoting choice, dignity, and person-centered care.
- Observe and report changes in participants' wellbeing and communicate effectively with the wider support team.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with participants, their families, and colleagues.
What You’ll Be Bring
- Minimum 3 months’ experience in disability, or mental health support
- Cert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Mental Health (or currently working towards)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
- Driver’s license and reliable vehicle with CTP insurance
- A good sense of humor (non-negotiable — trust us)
