Ross Thompson - Managing Director Health Staffing

As the Managing Director Health Staffing, Ross and his dedicated team partner clients across NSW in the aged care, disability and healthcare industry by providing quality staff members who deliver exceptional care.

A recruitment specialist and Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association of Australia NSW/ ACT Council Member, Ross's contribution to the recruitment industry was recognised with the 2019 RCSA Outstanding Contribution Award. In 2020 Ross was nominated by his Australian peers from a global network of recruitment specialists as having done a wonderful job providing community support during the recent bushfires.

He is the Deputy Chair of the NSW/ACT Regional Council Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association of Australia NSW/ACT and was a Management Committee Board Member of the Shoalhaven Business Chamber for 7 years. In January 2020 Ross and his team supported several Aged Care facilities with emergency staffing to bushfire impacted facilities. In March Ross's team supported an Aged Care facility who had a confirmed case of Corvid 19 in Sydney helping staff the facility around the clock for four weeks while their staff were in isolation.
